Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Token application ("Service") operated by Meta App Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Token. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You may not create accounts for others, use another person's account, or transfer your account.

4. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time directly within the app via Settings. Account deletion will remove your profile, match data, location data, and profile images from our systems. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at kismetdateapp@gmail.com.

5. Acceptable Use & Zero Tolerance Policy

Token maintains a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any user found to be in violation may have their account suspended or permanently removed without prior notice.

You agree not to:

• Upload obscene, pornographic, or illegal content
• Post objectionable, offensive, or abusive content of any kind
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Send unwanted sexual content or messages
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or collect data
• Circumvent any bans or suspensions
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Provide false registration information
• Post content that exploits, harms, or threatens minors
• Use the Service for any illegal activity

6. Content & Moderation

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service for the purpose of operating Token. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

We actively moderate content on Token. We employ both automated content filtering and human review to identify and remove objectionable content. We reserve the right to review, filter, and remove any user-generated content that violates these terms or that we deem objectionable, harmful, or inappropriate at our sole discretion. Content that is filtered or removed may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

7. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion, issue warnings, suspend accounts, permanently ban users, or pursue legal action for violations of these terms. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

All user reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior are reviewed and actioned within 24 hours. Users who are found to have posted objectionable content will have that content removed and may be permanently banned from the Service.

8. Safety & Reporting

Token is designed with user safety as a priority. Messaging between users is only available after both users have mutually matched — you cannot receive unsolicited messages from users you have not matched with.

Token provides the following safety tools:

• Block — You can block any user at any time, which prevents them from viewing your profile or contacting you
• Report — You can report users or content for violations directly within the app. All reports are reviewed by our team and actioned within 24 hours
• Content Filtering — Automated filters are in place to detect and mask objectionable language in messages

We take user safety seriously but cannot guarantee the conduct of any user. You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with other users, both online and in person. If you believe you are in danger, contact local law enforcement.

9. Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Token maintains a zero tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Token is a platform exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. We are committed to preventing our platform from being used in any way that exploits, endangers, or harms minors. For our full standards, see our Child Safety Standards.

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement:

• Any content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies child sexual abuse or exploitation
• Sharing, soliciting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
• Grooming, soliciting, or engaging in sexually explicit communication with minors
• Any attempt to use the platform to contact, exploit, or endanger minors
• Promoting or advocating for sexual contact with minors

Enforcement:

• Accounts violating this policy are terminated immediately and permanently without prior notice
• All known or suspected CSAE content is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child exploitation
• We retain evidence as required by law to support investigations

Prevention:

• All users must be 18 years or older — users under 18 are not permitted on the platform
• Automated content filtering is in place to detect and flag prohibited content
• User reports of suspected CSAE are prioritized and reviewed immediately

Reporting: If you encounter any content or behavior on Token that involves the exploitation of minors, please report it immediately within the app or by contacting us at kismetdateapp@gmail.com. You may also report directly to NCMEC at CyberTipline.org.

10. Privacy

Your use of Token is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. We do not sell your data to third parties.

11. Intellectual Property

The Token name, logo, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Meta App Labs LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

12. Third-Party Services

Token uses Google Firebase for backend services. Your use of the Service is also subject to Google Firebase's Terms of Service. For iOS users, the Apple Standard EULA applies to your use of the app as downloaded from the App Store.

13. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meta App Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
