Child Safety Standards

These Child Safety Standards apply to Token: Dating Different, a mobile application developed and operated by Meta App Labs LLC, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

1. Adults-Only Platform

Token: Dating Different is a dating app exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the service. Age verification is required during account registration, and any account found to belong to a minor is immediately terminated.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Token: Dating Different and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement:

• Any content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies child sexual abuse or exploitation
• Sharing, soliciting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
• Grooming, soliciting, or engaging in sexually explicit communication with minors
• Any attempt to use the platform to contact, exploit, or endanger minors
• Promoting or advocating for sexual contact with minors
• Any content that sexualizes minors in any way, including fictional or AI-generated content

3. Enforcement Actions

Meta App Labs LLC enforces these standards through the following measures:

• Immediate termination — Accounts violating these standards are terminated immediately and permanently without prior notice
• NCMEC reporting — All known or suspected CSAE content is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline
• Law enforcement cooperation — We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child exploitation
• Evidence retention — We retain evidence as required by law to support investigations

4. Prevention Measures

Token: Dating Different employs the following measures to prevent CSAE on our platform:

• All users must verify they are 18 years or older during registration
• Automated content filtering is in place to detect and flag prohibited content
• In-app reporting tools allow users to flag suspicious accounts and content
• In-app blocking tools allow users to immediately block other users
• User reports of suspected CSAE are prioritized and reviewed immediately
• Accounts belonging to users under 18 are deleted upon discovery

5. Reporting CSAE

If you encounter any content or behavior on Token: Dating Different that involves the exploitation of minors, please take immediate action:

• In-app: Use the report function on the user's profile to flag the content
• Email: Contact us directly at kismetdateapp@gmail.com
• NCMEC: Report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at CyberTipline.org
• Emergency: If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency services

These Child Safety Standards are maintained by Meta App Labs LLC, the developer of Token: Dating Different. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We review and update these standards regularly to ensure they remain effective and compliant with applicable laws and platform policies. Any material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
